![]() ![]() This topic is too sensitive to rely on third party tools. However, I recommend following Microsoft's instructions. There are also third party tools that allow you to rearm Office 2010. Most of these articles were written before Office 2010 was released. You will find some complicated instructions on the Web of how to rearm Office 2010. If you rearm Office right before you create the OS master image, you can be sure that you have the full 25 days before users will bothered with Office activation notifications or before the retail edition goes into Reduced Functionality Mode after 30 days. This features allows you reset the grace timer to 30 days grace. This is where Office 2010 rearm comes in. You also have to take into account that it might take some time until Office finds a KMS host or until you activate it manually. If you have to perform other configurations before you create the master image, then it is quite possible that 25 days is too short. The grace period begins immediately after you installed Office 2010 on your master PC. However, it might be difficult to activate Office 2010 during the grace period if you deploy a pre-installed Office with an OS image. Either way shouldn't be doable within 25 days after the installation. Oh well, perhaps i will dig into it again in the future. You can use the latest version of the Key Management Host (KMS) or activate Office 2010 with VAMT. Perhaps MS patched something that broke the autoKMS, unclear. I ended up (after reading you prior statements) finding and installing an enterprise office 2007. Good luck!thank you sir for the quick response. well, let's say it's less user-friendly than the MS toolkit. I myself am using Ratiborus's tool, and it worked for me, although it's. ![]() Sorry I can't give a more specific or better solution here. Otherwise feel free to google around for Ratiborus's activator. You can also try using the "Uninstall AutoKMS" function, then re-install the AutoKMS, and finally try re-activating again. I'm not sharp on the details anymore with regards to the MS toolkit, but look for an option that says "Rearm", and then try the activation again. I wonder if Microsoft meanwhile are going harder against these copies. But no big deal, I did so and re-used the activator. And I mean literally: I had to re-install the cracked Office 2019. Incidentally, I activated my Office 2019 a while back (with Ratiborus's activator, not sure if the MS toolkit even works nowadays), but it got deleted after a while. If you don't need a specific type of Windows, the 2007 one is also nice. There is also a chance that newer Windows updates are simply blocking this type of activation now.in which case you could try Office 2007 (also available from G4TW). The error code is the same as yours, though maybe there is a chance your issue is caused by something else. The next thing is, do you have any other antivirus software that could interfere with this issue? Check your computer carefully for installed items, I once wrote this here, but this article deals with antivirus issues only. ![]() The_gh0stm4n wrote:OK, are you sure Windows Defender is turned off? Check again. It's not an issue with windows defender either cuz defender isn't on - so wth, what's up? What's wrong?Īnother thread said to rearm, and I did: I tried to Uninstall AutoKMS, and Rearm, this is what it said: It runs okay tho, excel is great!
